Indications

Antipyretic and analgesic. Used for treatment of Muscle Pain, Rheumatism, Febrile Diseases, Colic, etc.
Have special effects on high fever caused by bacteria and virus disease infection or mixed infection, such as Eperythrozoon, toxoplasmosis, circovirus, infectious pleurisy, etc.
Have great effects on inflammation, febrile illness, rheumatism, courbature and other diseases caused by a variety of pathogenic microorganisms.
  Side effects

If used for a long time, it will cause granulocyte reduction, please examine leukocyte regularly
It will restrain the formation of prothrombin, and aggravate the tendency of bleeding.
 Dosage 
Intramuscular injection, Per Treatment:
3-10g metamizole sodium for cattle and horses;
1-2g metamizole sodium for sheep, goats; 
1-3g metamizole sodium for pigs;
0.3-0.6g metamizole sodium for dogs 
Withdrawal time
28days for cattle, sheep and pig. 
7days before withdrawal period for milk

Mature animals:0.5ml/15 kg body weight/day
Immature animals:0.5ml/10 kg body weight/day.
Dogs and cats:0.5ml/10 kg body weight/day.
-Withdrawal period:
For meat: 12 days
For milking:4 days
 
Precautions of Analgin 50% Injection :
1. Not suitable for injection in acupuncture point, especially for joint site, may lead to muscle atrophy or Joint dysfunction.
2. Don't combine with chloropromazine for prevent the acute descend of body temperature.
3. Don't combine with barbiturates and phenylbutazone, may decrease hepatic microsomal enzyme activity and prothrombinformation,lead to bleeding exacerbation.
