Composition
Contains per ml:
Levamisole base...................................100 mg.
Solvents ad ...............................................1 ml.
Indications
Prophylaxis and treatment of gastrointestinal and lungworm infections like:
Calves, cattle, goats, sheep: Bunostomum, Chabertia, Cooperia, Dictyocaulus, Haemonchus, Nematodirus, Ostertagia, Protostrongylus and Trichostrongylus spp.
Swine: Ascaris suum, Hyostrongylus rubidus, Metastrongylus elongatus, Oesophagostomum spp. and Trichuris suis.
Side effects
Overdoses can cause colic, coughing, excessive salivation, excitation, hyperpnoea, lachrymation, spasms, sweating and vomiting.
Dosage
For intramuscular administration:
General: 1 ml per 20 kg body weight.
Withdrawal times
- For meat:
Swine: 28 days.
Goats and sheep: 18 days.
Calves and cattle: 14 days.
- For milk: 4 days.
